“The steaks were really yummy, cooked and seasoned well. The sides were a disappointment, except for the coleslaw. The best part of the evening was our server Joey. He was so friendly and helpful. He recommended great drinks and a steak my father ended up loving (even tho what he originally wanted was sold out) and even though he was super busy, he took the time to prepare some complimentary happy anniversary desserts for my parents. We were there to celebrate their 42 years of marriage. Thanks Joey for a special evening. You made it better. ?“

“Wonderful experience. We had been to the sister restaurant, Manhattan Tavern and Gri, in Five Points. The similarities were evident, the menus similar, and the dining experience equally spectacular. We went on a Wednesday, which features prime rib night. I highly recommend their prime rib. Mine was done exactly as requested. All of the sides were generously apportioned and delicious.“

“The Airway location used to be our favorite but our last 2 visits have been very disappointing. We had to send back food to redo both times. Service is great but the food coming out has been a bit subpar (way over seasoned, bottom of the bag vegetables, wrong orders, etc.). The George Dieter location is still doing great.“

“I must say I had a great dinner, great food and most of all..a fantastic server-Alexia. Friendly, fast, efficient and a pleasure being here customer. If you're ever at outback make sure to ask if Alexia is working.. Definitely the only server for me. I had not been wanting to go back since 3 yrs ago it was a bad experience and want ever going to go back.. Thanks Alexia I definitely will be returning??“

“I was craving an all American hamburger with all the fixings, steak fries, side of Chile con queso. Everything was delicious along with a larger than typical hamburger!! Reasonably priced, and great atmosphere. Robin, the waitress was super knowledgeable and super efficient !!, Managers couldn't have been nicer as well !! Well worth coming to Great American Steakhouse on Cromo Drive.“

“Went here on 10/25 for my pre race dinner - steak was very well done and the service was great. The World Series game was on too.
Parking: Not sure if we missed it but we parked across the street in one spot that didn’t appear to be a spot.“

“After a long day of hosting a food drive/ fundraiser on my birthday for my 501c3 non-profit You EAt I EAt my husband suggested the Edge of Texas for my birthday dinner. I am happy that he did.. the appetizers were delicious. The Chicken Tortilla Soup and the salad.. delicious and the steak was cooked to perfection. The service was amazing from our waitress Flora was the best and the person who decorated and prepared my birthday dessert did an fabulous job Thank you for singing to me with everyone in the restaurant joining in #PRICELESS“

“It is so amazing in here. Very homey and authentically Japanese decor and vibe. Love the hibachi and the private rooms. I really wish more people knew about this gem. I believe the owners are the elderly man and woman that work here, who have always made our visits super culturally interesting and educational. We were taught how to properly hold and dip sushi by the gentleman on our first visit. It was so cool!
Their mixed drinks are so good and their fish is always very very fresh.“

“The staff were so friendly and fast! We had been driving all day and got home late, didn’t feel like cooking, and I REALLY wanted a blue cheese burger. We came in only to realize it was 15 to closing, but we were so tired we couldn’t think of where else to get dinner so we placed our order to go. Y’all got our order in quickly and it came out even faster, everything was correct, delicious and hot! As someone who has worked FOH and BOH in the restaurant industry I know better than to show up late but we just couldn’t help ourselves this evening. I know how easy it is to get upset or be tempted to “forget” something but y’all did not let that happen! Thank you for feeding me and my tired family this evening! We look forward to visiting again in a timely manner to sit down and enjoy our meal with you! Great job GA!“

“Mauricio & Mikayla were both amazing and super friendly. The porter house steak was the best steak we’ve had so far. I don’t usual like coleslaw but theirs had pineapple in it and it was surprisingly really good. Will definitely be coming back“

“Best roadhosue ever!! they got the steak here which i sooo recommend. If you ever want come eat dinner with your family you will be presented with the best food on this planet earth. Even rudy was here! best cook he definitely deserves a rise, even the waiter valeria was the best, personally give all these employees a rise. BEST BREAD EVER !!!“
