“The people making the food are very diligent, seem on top of it. Register guy wasnt very friendly. I got the acai bowl. It was good but the blueberries were kind of old and I could tell they used crushed up nature valley granola bars for the granola. It's ok but I don't usually eat those cause they have too much sugar.“

“I've ordered here several times for delivery. Zero complaints. Everything is always made perfectly and I love the quickness of the delivery! It's been my new favorite place to order my work lunch. The quesadilla with the salsa is perfect!! I love too that you can customize the smoothies!“

“I've had a great experience with the staff. They helped me with an app order mishap when ordering for a future time pickup vs ASAP. The location can get busy and items are made at the time of order. “The main complaint that I have is that they take pretty long with orders at this specific location. I usually go to another location in the westside. I go to this one when in the eastside. Anyway...It took around 20 or 25 minutes to receive my order of 2 smoothies. I didn't want pineapple or mango juice in one of my orders. Not sure if the order took long because of this? I ordered 2 Limey Blimeys. This is my favorite smoothie from Tropical Smoothie. it's the only one I'll order for myself. I always like mine with lime, strawberry and Splenda minus the pineapple and mango juice. I ordered my son a regular one without the Splenda. He enjoyed it. I didn't want to order food during this visit. When I do, I order the buffalo chicken wrap or the Thai salad. Both aren't spicy for me but they have a good flavor to them. I can't forget the jalapeno chips! I also like the peanut butter and honey wrap for breakfast once in awhile. I'll definitely order again! Besides the order taking long to arrive, the customer service and cleanliness was good. I have their app and it's pretty cool! They often give you discounts and rewards. For example, they give you $5 on your birthday. I wish they had a drive-thru but I don't think they do at any location. For sure not at this one or the one I go to on the westside.“

“Moving too fast, I ordered the wrong flavor. Since it was clearly my fault, I just rolled with it. I dislike blueberries, but I tried the smoothie I ordered and actually enjoyed it. It's not as good as my fo too, but it had a very good flavor.I said all that to say, they can make something that you may think is not tasty have a decent taste.“
