THIS IS GREAT BBQ. Brisket was thick and juicy, with great bark. Ribs were meaty and ALMOST falling off the bone, which are the best kind of ribs. BEST turkey I've had in a good while. Just the right amount of smoke, and so tender, NOT dry. Chicken was juicy and done just right (only on weekends, dark meat quarters). Sides were so-so, beans are spicy. But I just go for the meat, I could die a happy camper with a pile of that turkey.
Our regular BBQ pickup. I love their sauce as I'm a sauce person, but, I can't put it on the brisket because the meat is just that good. So, I eat the brisket & dip my bread in the sauce...
