We are on vacation and more than one person told us we HAD to try Marshall's BBQ. We got there and pretty much tried almost everything they had. I can honestly say everything was delicious. The pulled pork was so flavorful, the brisket pulled about with a fork, and the sausage and just enough kick to it. I definitely can't wait to go back.
We were in town to fish at Lake Fork and came upon Marshall's Barbecue Pit while deciding on what to have for dinner. This family business is AWESOME!! They were so friendly and welcoming to us. We opted for the Marshall's Platter so we could have a taste of everything. Every single meat was sooooo good and the spicy bbq sauce was great on everything. We are in Emory Texas for the solar eclipse. We wanted to have our out of state friends try Texas bbq and Marshalls did not disappoint. The ribs were smoked perfectly and meat fell off the bone.
