“I love Clear Springs! The food is always served hot, is delicious and consistent from store to store. They have excellent chicken-fried steak, and some of the best onion rings around! We always take out-of-town guests to Clear Springs because of the variety of foods on the menu, and no one has ever complained. I highly recommend Clear Springs!“
“This place was full with lots of mamas with their kids at lunch during the week. The children were very happy to be there. We don't do fast food often, but theirs is definitely a large step above the other fast food choices, in my opinion. We especially love the chicken sandwich. Simple, yet hits the spot.“

“My very first visit was too try the spicy chicken 3pc. And it was great. But as time prevail the spicy didn't work for me.i guess cause it was so fresh and good and eating it almost every other day I couldn't digest in the heat. But for the last year and half I've been enjoying there original fried chicken fresh and fries. Has been wonderful, the fish and shrimp is great. They have a lot too choose from on the menu. Shrimp fried rice, grilled/ fish, shrimp, Cajun rice, corn nuggets, seasoned fries, gumbo, atomic wings etc..“

Manager on duty thanked us several times for our patience on the naked strips even though they took just a few minutes. Appreciate her attentiveness and could hear her positively encouraging the team in the back.Dietary restrictions: Can get gluten free naked strips, this doesn’t eliminate cross contamination so be aware.“

Dined in and waited less than 5 minutes for my order.I ordered a 3 piece tender meal, the chicken is very crispy, so beware if you don't like hard food.I tried the spicy bbq sauce, my dad said it was spicy but I just think it had a kick to it. A little too sweet for me.The toast was EXTREMELY sweet and buttery.Peach tea tasted like gummy peaches (a little too sweet for me again).Good price for good food.If I'm ever back in Tyler, this will be my first thought for restaurants.“

“The atmosphere was a little noisy, but that’s just because the restaurant was full. The prices are very reasonable, and the service was so fast that before we finished filling up our drinks, our order was ready. The dining table where we ate had been cleaned moments before we sat down, and a man came by to take our plates when we were done. This is very well managed restaurant.“
“This place is by far the best chicken place I’ve had. The only other place that comes close is a burger joint in San Antonio called Hopdoddys. This place seasons their batter so the chicken isn’t bland and reliant on sauce to make their food taste good. Their fries are delicious, and their jar desserts are expensive but delicious. I’m very picky when it comes to fried chicken or fried mushrooms and this place checks all the boxes. Best of all is the amount of food you get for the price.“

“I have been a customer for years, but didn't order anything for the past few years due to health issues. But now I'm ordering my main meal almost every day. My favorites ? :Catfish, chicken or meat spagetti, chicken & dumplins, Salsbury steak, meatloaf, baked chicken.Sides ? :Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, potato salad, coleslaw, plus all the other vegie choices ? Don't forget the peach cobbler.Vegetarian options: I like the veggies they already have, but would like spinach instead of greens. Maybe carrots? But don't take the sweet potatoes and cabbage away. The peach cobbler is to die for. Haven't tried the banana pudding yet, but bet it's good!!!“
