“My kids have always loved this shop. Many options to choose from, and they even gave us free donut holes. It seems it is our go to for donuts. “The Love Confection came through for me this week. 2 days prior my 18th anniversary I finally remembered that it was our anniversary this week. AHHH! No worries, cause Love is around the corner with Love Confections. Love, the owner, understood how special this German Chocolate cake needed to be and she did not disappoint. My custom German Chocolate cake was ready for pick up the next day and saved my marriage. I'm a heavy set guy and I know my food. This cake had smooth chocolate, fresh and moist layered bread with pecans and coconut, with cherries on top. This was the best cake I could have asked for. Thank you The Love Confection“
“This is the best donut shop in Forney. Owner was super sweet and foods are hot fresh. I got bacon kolache, glazed donuts, and mini apple fritters and cinnamonrolls! The mini version of donuts are just too cute and perfect when you don't want to get a big thing. Owner even gave me some extra donuts, which was the best part. Overall, 10/10 i will definitely come back here!“

“Very cute place! The people are super nice including the lady at the front. I totally spaced on her name. Also talked to one of the baker's the head baker and she is also very nice. They have about three or four keto items here. Tried the cake ball and the brownie and both are great! My only wish is that they made full size cakes or perhaps a giant cake ball for birthdays. Or maybe like a brownie cake? Just something to think about! “We got our wedding cake, groom's cake and 5 dozen cupcakes for our wedding. We had no cupcakes left, very little bridal cake and some groom's cake left. The grooms cake was a layered strawberry cake with a cheesecake in the middle. Sadly, I don't have any other pictures yet besides this one. We will order from her again.“

Inflation hit them just like every other place, but they're by far the highest quality for your money among small-desert places in Mesquite.I usually get the red velvet and chocolate cupcakes.We showed up on Christmas eve with a large bill and the cashier used his own personal money to give us change.
