“I've been meaning to check out Latham Bakery for a while. I tried a slice of German chocolate cake and a coffee. The bakery is right off the newly refurbished downtown Garland Square, across from a hemp shop. It's clean and spacious with a lot of cafe table seating. They have a full menu of breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Their customer cake prices are reasonable. The cake I had was deliciously sweet and moist with an almost fudge-like frosting. A bit sweet for breakfast, but I have no regrets. This place would be perfect for working except the Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty. The barista was friendly and kind. I'll definitely be back!“
