Burger was stiff and barely chewable. Texture was too firm, no give. Never had a burger like this and I am thankful for it. Horrible! Threw it out and wasted $11 ??♂️

Not at all busy when we went after church last Sunday. Service was polite and prompt and they turned down the music for us when we asked so we could hear each other talk. I had the Philly cheesesteak. It was very good but I will admit I have had another bigger great one for the same price. Steak fries are very good as are their burgers which I have also had.

I’ve ordered from here multiple times and everytime my order is misplaced with something else. Like tonight I got wings and a salad instead of chili cheese fries. I don’t like wings. Very disappointed

Today I ordered the shrimp and Cajun pasta and OMG it was so good I had to call the store and leave a compliment to them. I will definitely return soon and can’t wait to try more from the menu!! Make sure to try it out for yourself!

I’ve been to this place three times now, and each time, the customer service has been terrible. The first time, I understood they were busy, but it shouldn’t excuse rudeness. The second time, it was a pickup, there was minimal interaction but not friendly and food wasn’t ready. They really want a tip online and in person with the horrible service!But it was my final visit today that really soured my experience. The staff was incredibly rude, making me feel unwelcome. I have no intention of returning, and I advise others to steer clear of this establishment. It’s truly disappointing to encounter such behavior at a burger shop, especially considering there are barely any in the area. Disappointing!

The service was pretty good.I expected a lot more from the burger, especially for the cost and since the name of the place is "The Burger Shop." It's about like a home cooked burger that you can get from the store and make yourself, only with less seasoning. Nothing to write home about, but not terrible.Fries were alright.

I've been coming here for about 2 years now. At the beginning the burgers did seem pretty dry and the fries were always undercooked.Last couple months the burger and frees have been great! Seems like they changed cooks.The only issue is every time I order online it states a time that it will be ready. I usually get there 5 minutes after the estimated time and always end up waiting over 20 minutes. The two servers they have in the front are running around taking orders and answering the phone. I'm sure they are understaffed but maybe changing the estimated time online for them to have more time to make an order?Overall it's a really good place compared to buying fast food from the surrounding places.

Very cute little place tucked away in Forney. The black and white tile make you feel like you’re stepping back in time to an old diner. Their gourmet hamburgers are amazing! Very good! We will be back!
