“I have been to El Paso numerous times and never knew Rudy's existed. They were recommended to us by a colleague.It appears they like to repurpose old gas stations into BBQ restaurants. The atmosphere reminded me of eating at a church brunch with tables next to each other on long rows and a very high ceiling. Beverages are available in ice filled bins as you enter the cafeteria style line to order your dishes. One thing that somewhat irritated me was the lack of plates. Instead, they supply wax paper to eat off of - weird to me.The food was good. We tried a little bit of everything, and the Moist Brisket was the best. They can use a larger selection of sides. We requested the 3 Bean, but they were out.Probably the highlight of the meal was their Spicy Sauce. It is so good and spicy that I ended up buying a bottle to take back with me.“

“I walked in for the first time EVER to a TRH yesterday and was immediately greeted by 3 people who wore the most beautiful smiles! I immediately felt welcomed and recognized. We were shown to our seat and warmly greeted by Loraine (Chellieann Irvine), and made to feel as if were just at home with family. I have not received service like this EVER! This is the definition of customer service! Employees who are happy to be at work and everyone putting out maximum effort to provide the best service possible! I did speak with a manager (Rosa I think) as this atmosphere was so overwhelingly positive, that i couldnt keep it to myself....however she was the only person that seemed to not want to be at work. She didn't even introduce herself or anything but the good FAR outweighed the bad! If i had a business going already, I would absolutely hire Loraine to manage it! Honestly if she turned my bad day around and provided the best customer service I've ever had, she deserves her own store! Any company that would overlook her talent and contributions is missing a grand opportunity to reestablish the standard of customer care! Once I get my business going, I may have to try to recruit her!
