“Was so lucky to be able to enjoy this popular j*** chicken before I left Fort Hood. I lucked out and got the last plate. I must say it was very delicious. My only issues is that it was over cooked. But it was still delicious, just the chicken was a little hard. I would highly recommend. I got the juice drink and it was a little different.“

“I tried something new today--akee and saltfish with yellow rice, fried plantains and fried dumplings. I'm not very adventurous when it comes to food but the food was excellent [well I didn't love the dumplings LOL]. My friend got Cucumber Water and I had some kinda Lemonade with Ginger. I liked both but I recommend the Cucumber Water. Not what I expected--definitely refreshing and delicious. This was the perfect way to start the week... Living My Best Life is an understatement. “Me and my mom decided to go to this restaurant that my mom friend suggested. Me and my mom had very bad experiences with food from other Jamaican restaurants food. But this place OMG this is the balm this is the best foood I ever freaking tasted. I got jerk chicken with the plantain and with red beans and rice and cabbage wow it tasted very good.They were friendly also.“

“This place is a gem. The food is really delicious. Oxtails were flavorful and tender. Rice and beans were soft, combining with the oxtail sauce, it’s heaven. Their plantains tastes better than any Jamaican restaurants I’ve been to. It is nicely charred and melts in your mouth. The chef and cashier were both very nice. I recommend that you call to place your orders ahead as it could take as long as 30 minutes to be ready.“

Yo this Oxtail J*** Chicken plate from @little_jamaica_lounge hands down one of THE BEST JAMAICAN FOOD spots in the area. Portions are huge, prices are good and the flavors are on point. Taste like grandmas ??. My go to spot from now on and they are open on Sundays .“
