Great soft serve. Best ever. But, they could learn a few things from Dutch Bros about customer service. Andy's employees always seem grumpy and pissed off. It the same at all locations, except for 1 guy at the Grapevine location who is always a pleasure. I used to tip them when we go there, not anymore. Maybe if they want more tips quit being snotty brats.
My son took me to this place and now it’s my favorite ice cream place. My favorite ice cream is BootDaddy Concrete and I add Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup. It’s so delicious. But they have great menu to pleased everyone.

The choco rocco (spelling?) holy hell. When we lived in Tx this was a go to for us once a month when we wanted a nice treat. The long lines moved so quickly and when they were slow, the order was ready before I was able to get my card out of my wallet.
