Actually didn't get to eat because as soon as we walked in the restaurant.The waitress walked to the back and no one came back out.And not one server or bartender was in that restaurant for over the 7 minutes we set there.We finally walked out..

I came here with my family we arrived at 8:40 and ended up leaving at 10:10 and waited most of the time for food and to order and honestly they have horrible service we waited about 15 minutes to get out order taken,they didn’t refill our drinks and they didn’t attend us often we waited probably 30 minutes for food and the place was not packed.

Food was delicious. Service and hospitality doesn't exist at this location. We had to sit ourselves at the bar. The staff looked annoyed and overworked. The bar tender served drinks to a couple that arrived after us which I guess isn't a big deal but we still had to ask her for another drink and we had to ask for napkins and we had to wait for our tab to be closed because she went to talk with a guy at a table. The waitresses which I think were only two were not friendly either. Instead of greeting you the first thing they tell you is the kitchen is backed up its about 20min wait for food and then they leave you standing at the door. A lot of the tables were empty but needed to be cleaned but they took no initiative to sit anyone down. A lot of people just left after waiting and we sat at the bar after about 15min of standing at the front. Food came out pretty fast so I'm not sure what the problem was. We used the QR code to order the food so I don't know why they couldn't just sit people down. I like the QR ordering option but it doesn't give you an option to pay for your tab. Maybe because we were at the bar but I feel like it needs to give an option to pay and leave when you want since no one is technically waiting on you. We will not be returning to this location.

Devi have reviewed Estrella's horrible place horrible dirty service the staff is no joke but they are good at asking for a tip for something that didn't serve they don't help you they don't serve you and for one who is going to eat they have a horrible job horrible service don't waste your money money or your time to go eat there, the only thing left is to go into the kitchen and prepare your own food.

Horrible service! I asked our waitress to take our order since we couldn’t understand how to work the app, she said it’s a QR based location only. So we had to figure it out on our own, which we did. We kindly asked for the appetizer to come first. Our drink orders were taken only to see my alcoholic drink at the bar for 15 min before it was brought to me. Food came cold and was not given any silverware or napkins. It took nearly 10 min before we could get anyone to come out way just to bring us napkins and silverware! At the end the table behind us got their order taken by a waitress, the same waitress that said it was a QR code restaurant only. We paid, and I’m not use to not tipping but this evening no one deserved any tip. Once we got up and walking out the same waitress looked at my family and asked did yal pay already? Like seriously? Never again! Close this POS down. Table 231 at 9pm. Luckily we didn’t bring our Buffalo Wild Wings corporate friends here. Lots of training needed for this location.

Avoid this location - the waitress are TERRIBLE. They will forget to bring you items and the silverware is not clean AT ALL. Not to mention they automatically add on a tip like if they took your order and properly severed us. Hulen location is way better

Waited 40mins for a pickup order of kids wings and fries, and slice of cheesecake.No, they weren't busy.Fries were very old and cold.Wings were cold.Cheesecake was warm.Terrible service.

Food overall was great but the service was horrible. We had to order through the QR code. All the waiter did was give us our water and never checked up on us. What’s the point of going to a restaurant to receive no restaurant experience I don’t believe the tip we gave was earned, but we are not those type to not tip even though we gave 18% with our waiter, asking us if that was OK because her shift was ending….. I don’t believe that was appropriate on her end to tell us that because she was not giving us the service that was needed. We were the ones having to ask them for refills and having to ask for payment options because there was no one coming towards us and nobody was inside to attend us physically with the issues that we were having. To add on we came in during 3 PM on a Wednesday while it was completely not busy at all and didn’t seem fair to have no attention given when there is not much to do .

The first time we went experience was horrible. Tried second time and horrible again. This time we wanted to give it another shot, Place closes at 12am. We got there at 11:00. Told us they were closed for dine-in, to go around and order for take out. So we did so. They make it so difficult when ordering on app. We order 20 wings. And took almost more than 45 mins even though dine in was already closed so one ahead of us and was jo line for take out. We asked why they close dine in area if it was still barely 11. They said they close earlier than that sometimes depending on how busy it is. It should close at 12am as its says. O matter if its busy or not. Wont go there again. And they charged us wrong by the way(more than it was supposed to be). If your want BWW go to the hulen location. They have great customer service.

They literally are not interested in serving you food. When did dining out become a function of scan the QR code and order your food because I don’t want to deal with you?! I’m not spending my money at a place where they literally couldn’t be bothered with you!
