I normally come doing lunch hours because I work down street. On Friday, March 15th, I decided to order dinner for my husband. I arrived at the restaurant and waited 10 minutes before I could even order. After I placed my order, I was told it would take 20 minutes. It took45 minutes to get my food. I asked 3 people to check on my order. They keep saying it should be ready any time. Evening shift needs to get their staff together. Update-I've always had a great experience at Chuys. The establishment is packed every time I visit. The ambiance is cool and laid back. The staff I encounter are very friendly and attentive. The food and drinks are flavorful and delicious.Hands down some of the best Tex-Mex

Chuy’s is a weekly must for us! We love the patio and the boom boom sauce and the New Mexican martinis ??Dietary restrictions: My grandson has allergies to dairy egg and peanut. They were very accommodating and took the allergy situation seriously.Kid-friendliness: Watch the tortillas be made, sit on the patio and enjoy fresh air, color sheets while you wait for your food.
