I went to Burger King this afternoon around 12ish walk in no acknowledgment of me being there. No customer service what so ever. No one said anything. I left I am do disappointed in the customer service at the Hulen location. I am never going back.

This location is not good at all. I asked for fresh food and the food was cold. My order was messed up and missing items. I went back in to tell them and they gave me the same burger and the manager was giving me dirty looks as if she didn’t want to correct the order.

I tend to go through the drive through and get a croissant sandwich while on my way to work in the morning. Everytime I go between 7am - 830am there is a hispanic lady taking orders who is the rudest and most disrespectful person I have ever met. She doesn't give you a hello or any type of friendly greeting. It's always what, what do you want. Then when you say hello to her she just stares at you and repeats what again. She also doesn't care about the customization of your order. You can expect a cold and wrong sandwich everytime. This location for breakfast is horrible.

Update: if you guys can't give at least the minimal service, just close down your place. Your service is extremely slow, your food is not fresh. You are robbing people their money.They tried to over charge me by $10.00 for my order. Then when i get home my order was completely messed up. I would have brought it back to get what I ordered but I dont trust them not to spit on my food. I'll drive to Benbrook from now on because this is not the first time this has happened at this BK

Food was okay. They were out of ice cream, wasn’t told that until we were up at the window and handed a slice of pie instead. The worker was extremely rude and short with her words. No pleasantries whatsoever. We felt like an inconvenience. There was no salt on the fries at all. Subpar all around. Won’t be coming back to this location.

The food is always pretty good.The employees act as if they don’t wanna be there and like customers are an inconvenience to them. Also it takes forever just for someone to come on the speaker, so you sit in the ordering lane forever. It’s just terrible customer service.
Worst staff ever!! Food was not made correctly, took 3 tries to to even get it close. Staff had no interest in working. No manager to speak with. Phone number to restaurant and corporation office are not in working order.

One of the girls that works here with dark hair, face piercings, and hand tattoos, goes to other people's jobs to harass and swear at them about the negative reviews people leave for her on here, shoving her phone in their faces. Then she has her boy toy or whoever he is leave the same review with changed names at the person's job. Absolutely deranged and unhinged behavior. I hope she gets the mental health assistance she so desperately needs. It's really sad to watch. :(

Every cashier here has a terrible attitude but they're usually pretty accurate so I can't complain there.These people absolutely refuse to salt their fries, so make sure to ask for extra on the side if you like salty fries.
