This location is not good at all. I asked for fresh food and the food was cold. My order was messed up and missing items. I went back in to tell them and they gave me the same burger and the manager was giving me dirty looks as if she didn’t want to correct the order.
I tend to go through the drive through and get a croissant sandwich while on my way to work in the morning. Everytime I go between 7am - 830am there is a hispanic lady taking orders who is the rudest and most disrespectful person I have ever met. She doesn't give you a hello or any type of friendly greeting. It's always what, what do you want. Then when you say hello to her she just stares at you and repeats what again. I went to Burger King this afternoon around 12ish walk in no acknowledgment of me being there. No customer service what so ever. No one said anything. I left I am do disappointed in the customer service at the Hulen location. I am never going back.
