They just can't ever seem to get your orders correct, they run out of certain items and the staff is nowhere near as friendly as other locations.***UPDATE 3 YEARS LATER*** nope, still can't get it right!

1st arrived at 11:40am there was only 2 couples in front of me and my son, the counter employee was taking way too long to get orders so I ordered on the app and moved to the side were I waited for my name to be called. Then I watched my order bagged and drinks made, and then my name was NEVER called. 2 employees putting orders together and not once did any of them call out anyone's name. They waited until the counter was filled with multiple order before the girl finally turned around to ask me for my name for my order

Hi guys, I'm Shae . You may not know this but, I work at the homeless youth drop-in center down the road... TRAC! I wanted to inform you of the ease it takes to order with the mobile app ( love the app). I understand with the lunch time rush with the gym, students and normal traffic small things can me missed. Today, was one of them days ; my co worker and I ordered our food and didn't receive the requested sauces. That's all.. that's my plight. I love ya'll, ya'll my favorite. my co workers asked if I'm getting the Lord's Chicken everyday. Because, I walk around saying Chicken of the Lord is what I'm getting for lunch. Okay Bye !

Hit and miss at this location.. Chick fil a's are known for long lines but this location takes the cake. Whether you order for pickup or drive thru you will be in line for 15, 20 minutes. Don't forget to check your food. I'm always missing something. ?Don't bother emailing because no one ever contacts you. If it wasn't for my kids insisting and the location convince I wouldn't go to this location.

I never would have imagined that I would be someone who leaves a restaurant review as soon as I walk out of the restaurant. This CFA is gross, the floors are sticky and the tables/chairs are disgusting. This CFA definitely lacks the crisp clean atmosphere of every other CFA I’ve ever visited in my 34 years of life. To add to the bad vibes, one employee was very clearly annoyed and aggressive with his staff by making condescending comments about order mistakes and the staff not asking about sauces. He made sure to voice his opinions loudly paired with a head shake and eye roll. I have never seen such behavior from a CFA employee. I thought I was at McDs for a brief moment. Every employee had a frustrated and upset look on their face as it was clear that one employee was ruining the vibes. The food was subpar as evidenced by soggy fries and stale bread. I’m extremely disappointed but also grateful that when I return to my regular chick fil a…I know how valuable their product and service is :).
This has got to be the worst CFA in FW. Sat in drive thru for 10 mins without moving and couldnt get out of line b/c of being blocked in. Finally got to order and had to repeat it twice. Then took another 10 mins to get to window only to continue to wait for DRINKS! lots of employees standing around and not doing much also. Never again.

It's a hit or miss sometimes when coming here. I usually order on the app, and even though I say I'm here, my food usually takes longer to come out than the expected time on the app. This time I literally waited and watched 3 people be serviced before me, and I was the second person in waiting while the two after me were greeted before I was even asked a question, I was in the pick-up line. Thankfully a gentlemen restocking asked if I had been helped and he did his best to fulfill my order in the middle of his task. I don't know if the drive thru or curbside would be quicker, but for the drive to get here, I have a few other locations that are more attentive and organized than here.
