It's a hit or miss sometimes when coming here. I usually order on the app, and even though I say I'm here, my food usually takes longer to come out than the expected time on the app. This time I literally waited and watched 3 people be serviced before me, and I was the second person in waiting while the two after me were greeted before I was even asked a question, I was in the pick-up line. They were a lil off their game tnite....not typical for these guys. These guys are hands down the best fast food customer servers in this neighborhood. The food is consistently hot and fresh. They are so busy the food doesn't really have a chance to settle. Alas, tnite was a rare disappointment. Our order was confused and even after correction we came home with an Arnold Palmer (aka Sunjoy) rather than half sweet/ half unsweetened. The fries were luke warm. Hit and miss at this location.. Chick fil a's are known for long lines but this location takes the cake. Whether you order for pickup or drive thru you will be in line for 15, 20 minutes. Don't forget to check your food. I'm always missing something. ?Don't bother emailing because no one ever contacts you. If it wasn't for my kids insisting and the location convince I wouldn't go to this location.
