However, Lori was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, guiding me through the steps with ease. Her exceptional customer service was truly exceptional, a rare gem in today’s fast-paced world. She even went the extra mile by showing me where to download the app for rewards. Conner, the skilled chef, took my order and prepared my food to perfection. I had a slight apprehension about the chicken and steak being cooked together, fearing the steak might overcook. But to my delight, it was cooked to my liking, tender and juicy. This late lunch experience was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend Genghis Grill and will definitely be returning in the future.“

The rice is pretty bad, not gonna lie... but it's fine mixed with the Kung pao.

The Kung pao was DELICIOUS and you get a really big portion for the cost. I usually get Kung pao at panda express.... this Kung pao is way better.

My son loved the hot and sour soup and donuts.

I would just recommend to the owner, change up the rice so it's not so mushy and cheap tasting. I would pay an extra $3-5/ plate if the rice was better because the main dish was excellent.“

Every time I shop at Rainbow or Ashley's, I say imma try it out but never do, the outside appeal isn't the fanciest but ususlly the goid spots are like that. I read over reviews like 20x and was still undecided. Today 3/11/24 I had time to stop and I'm not disappointed. I will go back!

My only complaint was that the place was sparsely seated, yet our host seated us directly across from the open ended scullery. Items I typically order are the wonton soup, the chicken with broccoli lunch special, as well as the Hunan chicken lunch special which is featured below. The service is fast(best to call in), the food is flavorful, and the portions are enough for 2 meals(at least, for me). I see lots of negative reviews but I have personally never had a negative experience with Asian Gourmet. I hope this review helps! Also, the prices on any online menu are definitely outdated.
