My server though was distractedly taking care of my order because he was the only one out there trying to also manage a pickup & pay order as well as direct what I think was a food delivery person all while trying to get my order done and checked out.“
“I don't think I've eaten at Chipotle before....if I did, then I don't remember it amd this would be my first time. Had the Pollo asado burrito bowl on brown rice, tofu, black beans, Pico de Gallo, sour cream, guacamole, and lettuce. It was SO big!.... But i ate it all! The chicken was a bit dry and salty, so I think i will pick a different protein next time. Will definitely eat at Chipotle again.“

“The food here tastes really good. I've been to many Chipotle's but this one takes the cake on taste. Their guac is on point and their lettuce, chicken is always fresh and tasty. “VERY POSITIVE experience! I've read several negative reviews, but my experiences at this Chipotle have all been very good! They weren't out of the protein I wanted (chicken/barbacoa), the wait wasn't terribly long, the employees were professional and the food tasted great! I hope those of you who had a poor experience give it another try. Like I said, I've been four or five times now, and I would definitely go back. I don't know the condition of the 'facilities,' but the restaurant was nice and tidy. The main reason I enjoy Chipotle is when you want sort of a tex-mex vibe in a hurry, it's a great alternative to fast food options (Taco Bell, Taco Casa, Taco Cabana...). It's better quality and honestly not much different in price. I love the fresh green lettuce, ripe red tomato salsa, fresh corn relish, perfect guacamole and flavorful protein options . I wish the chips were better, mine always seem a tad stale. But the other ingredients stand out. Hope they keep up the great work, and others have a positive experience!“

“The state of this chipotle has improved immensely. I received the card for Christopher Morales just to elevate and reinforce that he has done his job very well. I came in to get the new barbacoa meal because of curiosity and it was delicious and made expertly. I will be back purely based on the improvements of the manager.“

“I had been driving to Saginaw location for my Chipotle fix until now. My family decided we should give this new location a try since it's closer.My experience is based on ordering online for pickup (drive thru lane). It was easy to place my order, and my food was ready for me when I drove up. The lady at the window was friendly and had a smile, great customer service! I peeked in my bag to make sure everything was there, it was.The reason for the deduction of a star? I ordered an extra tortilla which was rolled up in foil so when I tried to unroll it, the tortilla was stuck together in a big ball. It had been heated up so when it cooled it was all stiff. I had to break it to eat it, and it was hard to put anything in it at that point. The Saginaw location just folds in in half, not roll like fruit roll-up. I prefer folded in half, lol. Also, I ordered a large order of chips and guac, the bag wasn't even halfway filled with chips! They didn’t add that much rice in the bottom of my bowl either, skimped on my meal.Anyway, not bad.“
