I normally come doing lunch hours because I work down street. On Friday, March 15th, I decided to order dinner for my husband. I arrived at the restaurant and waited 10 minutes before I could even order. After I placed my order, I was told it would take 20 minutes. It took45 minutes to get my food. I asked 3 people to check on my order. They keep saying it should be ready any time. Evening shift needs to get their staff together. I'm a creature of habit, and I order lunch here every week and never waited 45 minutes. Most of the people ordering were drinks.

Update-I've always had a great experience at Chuys. The establishment is packed every time I visit. The ambiance is cool and laid back. The staff I encounter are very friendly and attentive. The food and drinks are flavorful and delicious.Hands down some of the best Tex-Mex

Service was bad the host was rude and ddnt take us to our table with no menus she just pointed at it and we sat ourselves she act like she ddnt wanna be there not good at all.. we waited for menus 10 mins i asked a waitress for a napkin cause the table was dirty she sent someone else to bring our drinks and no napkins !! Service was horrible I understand it’s busy but please try to treat everyone the same !!!

Chuy’s is a weekly must for us! We love the patio and the boom boom sauce and the New Mexican martinis ??Dietary restrictions: My grandson has allergies to dairy egg and peanut. They were very accommodating and took the allergy situation seriously.Kid-friendliness: Watch the tortillas be made, sit on the patio and enjoy fresh air, color sheets while you wait for your food.
