Coffee was very good. Atmosphere was comfortable and very nice. Table clearing was aggressive. They tried to (and succeeded once) taking plates away that still had food on them without asking. We had to say "we're still eating that" 4 times. My sister's 1/2 eaten breakfast was removed when she got up to use the restroom and we weren't paying close enough attention. Great place near TCU the coffee is great and since it's near a university you know it's prime for getting work done. There's couches tables and even a second floor. Not only is it good for coffee but it looks like it doubles as a kick ass venue for concerts as well. There's a nice size stage for any performer to show out and the front is lined with garage doors that I'm sure are wide open on nice days and of course game day when the frogs are playing.
