Nice spot but their WiFi doesn’t work and they can’t fix it so it defeats studying there. Ampersand and Avoca are better alternatives.

Your staff advised people park across the street as of November 2023, and in March 2024 I got a boot. If you opted to cover this parking fine as an apology and worked harder to notify patrons, I would never leave a 1 star review. Your lack of consideration for patrons money as a result of your negligence is infuriating. Pay my fine and this comes down.YOU KNOW YOU TOLD PEOPLE TO PARK THERE. OWN YOUR MISTAKE, improve signage, and notify every patron verbally of the change.

Love the atmosphere of this place, lots of seating, great to work from home or study with groups or solo. I wanted to like this place. But the person taking orders was on his phone and didn’t notice me standing there for about 3 minutes. When my drink was called, they didn’t call it out. After a while, I just went to the counter and my drink was sitting there. I said thank you to the barista, and she didn’t look up from her phone. I get it. If it’s slow, do what you have to do to make the shift go by faster, but don’t compromise the service and make a customer feel less than important. The coffee was okay, very sweet. I don’t think I’ll return.

Coffee was very good. Atmosphere was comfortable and very nice. Table clearing was aggressive. They tried to (and succeeded once) taking plates away that still had food on them without asking. We had to say "we're still eating that" 4 times. My sister's 1/2 eaten breakfast was removed when she got up to use the restroom and we weren't paying close enough attention. I would go back, but you have to be on your guard!Vegetarian options: Not many, but it is a BBQ place, so I wasn't expecting manyDietary restrictions: I ordered an egg and potato taco because I'm vegetarian. I was given a brisket taco, which I figured out by eating brisket. Someone had put the beef tacos where the veg tacos were supposed to be. They made me a fresh potato and egg taco which was nice, but damage done.

Unfortunately one of the poorest experiences I've had in any coffee house. $13 & 45 minutes for two drinks... Waited 5 minutes just to be acknowledged by one of the two staff. Espresso machine broke down. So we ordered a large chai latte and a large pour over. Daughter's chai was out in 10 minutes. My pour over took another 30 minutes and I was given only a small. and there wasn't even anyone in front of us. I leave this as an encouragement to the owners - you can do better, I'm sure of it.

Ordered ahead online and when I arrived I was ignored by the barista for 10 minutes while I watched him make 2 walk-up orders. His excuse was they're out of oat milk, but he never bothered to update the order or check on the customer waiting at the bar. Then he gave me an attitude when I asked for a refund. Seems like they're understaffed, out of product, and like to take it out on the customers. Awful
