Took both sets of our parents out. first time going to this restaurant and Kirstin was amazing! she recommended a few things and everything was perfect. Kristin really made our lunch fun and was always on top of ensuring everything was great. We will definitely go again and hoping to see Kristin again! Food - was cold when delivered to the table had to have them fix that. No flavor options except garlic with different heat levels. Not your normal Cajun style boil at all. So basically had water boiled food that had no flavor.Service - staff members were seen arguing with one another on the floor in front of customers, manager sitting on cell phone all while I waited 30 min to get a check that was wrong and waited another 20 min and finally had to get a manager to address it. One waiter was actually attentive and did very well, probably should be the one running things. Took 2 hours to get in, eat and get a check when it wasn't even half full capacity.Atmosphere - was okay nothing special about the place. Outside you had homeless people and druggies hanging around which doest not give a sense of security or class at all.Overall - would not return and would not be shocked to see this place on Bar Rescue one day.

I first ordered this from doordash and LOVED EVERYTHING so we decided to go to the restaurant to check it out. It was even better in the restaurant! Everything was so fresh and was cooked perfectly!I'm an avid boil lover and drive anywhere to have a good boil lol. I want this place to blow up! The prices are amazing, you can get 1/2 lbs of anything (which most places don't do) and the FLAVOR...omg the flavor is amazing! Definitely will be back soon.
I just left this place. Upon entering I was not greeted. I had to tell the person approaching me that I was there to eat. I was seated, and sat for 15 minutes without anyone they coming to when acknowledge my presence, let alone their my order. The server was at the bar 20ft away from me watching me the entire time. I assumed he was working back bar. This was until a group of 5 came in and her loudly and clearly here them upon entry and shortly after went to take their order. It was at this point, I left.This was blatant discrimination. I can not day what motivated the discrimination. I am a black man, the group who came in after me were all white. I was dressed in street clothes, they were clearly on break from work. I was only one person, they were a party of five. Any of these reasons could have motivated the discrimination I experienced. It is with saying that the server was also a black man. So, again I am not saying this was racially motivated.I am from New Orleans and am always looking for a nice seafood place, especially during Crawfish season. I would have spent at least $60 with at least a $20 tip. If the food was good I would have came back with my four kids and spent at least another $200. And would have done that at least twice a month.

Drove 30 minute to this place. Once we arrived, we were seated by the hostess and NO ONE CAME TO OUR TABLE! Not ONE person greeted us, they kept walking by. The workers did not speak at all. We sat for about 10-15 minutes and finally got up and left. I let the lady at the door know why we were leaving but she didn’t care. Will NOT be back! I understand restaurants be busy but they were NOT BUSY and I would’ve appreciated if ONE worker acknowledged our presence. I am a foodie and I try NOT to leave negative reviews but this kind of service needs to be publicized. Respectfully

Came yesterday with friends was greeted by the hostess, who was friendly. Once seated our waiter was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was amazing and the drinks were ???. We will definitely be back and would definitely recommend anyone to this place.
My partner wanted to have a double date night and we saw this place from someone on Tik tok so drive an hour to try it out. We got to the restaurant and was seated. It took 30 min to have a waiter ask us what we wanted to drink. Our friends that met us here left bc it took so long. There were only five tables being occupied in the entire restaurant so it wasn’t busy and there were two waiters a bus boy and a hostess who just stayed at the front. When I walked up to ask her about the drinks she said they was short staffed but never offered to help get our drinks. Mind you the restaurant had only five tables occupied out of many that were there so they weren’t busy. When our server brought our drinks i had mentioned that our friends left and his response was that he wanted to get rid of his other tables before waiting on us and they were still eating. Then we got our food and the crab and muscles were too soft and the flavor was not that great. $104 later we were completely disappointed and will not be returning as we had high hopes for this restaurant.
Staff are super helpful food was so fresh and flavourful period I would definitely come back again and again. Ace was a great.Bartender.
