Ordered a pizza online for delivery. 20 minutes later, the website said it was in quality control and works be delivered in 1- 11 minutes. 30 minutes later, stll no pizza. I called, and they said they were short-handed and didn't know when my pizza would be delivered. I said I would come pick it up right away. He said it wouldn't be ready for another 10 minutes. Shout out to manager James. Our pizza was delivered with no toppings. I brought it back. He went above and beyond to make it right. Plus, he was working the store BY HIMSELF, all the while kept a friendly attitude. Give this man a raise!!!

I wanted to share how kind one of the employees was yesterday. I wish I would have gotten his name, but I went in to grab my pizzas with my nine month old son. One of their male employees asked if I wanted help carrying the pizza to my car since I was holding my son. I said yes. While we were getting the pizzas in the car, I told him how much I appreciated his help and he said, "You're carrying something way more important than pizzas."
