I am so disappointed. what the heck is this? it’s like a joke. I ordered pizza for takeout it was almost 11.45 when i left after taking to home and look i ordered woth premium chicken and i got no chicken at all. he forget or what i don’t know but when i reached to call it was closed. what can i do? It’s like a joke. who does that dud! the guy name was christopher and even he doesn’t use gloves.

There is a gentleman who works here named Chris who has a God complex. He talks to everyone very rudely. I witnessed him speaking to a manager (blond with a lip ring) with so much disrespect that I had to apologize to her for him. She handled it like a pro! He needs to be fired. I won’t be returning until he’s gone.

Ordered a pizza online for delivery. 20 minutes later, the website said it was in quality control and works be delivered in 1- 11 minutes. 30 minutes later, stll no pizza. I called, and they said they were short-handed and didn't know when my pizza would be delivered. I said I would come pick it up right away. He said it wouldn't be ready for another 10 minutes. The website lied. I drove up there, and they said they didn't know where my pizza was. They didn't know if it was cooked or even made. We waited another 10 minutes, and I got a text that my pizza was being delivered. I went into the store to get my pizza from the driver since I was there. I told them i just got a text stating my pizza was ready. No one knew where my pizza was. I finally told them to cancel my order and left.I understand being short-staffed, but the customer service was terrible. Their website should not state that your pizza is ready and will be delivered in 10, when it is not even cooked.It's not the first time I have had problems with this store, but it is definitely the last time.

The Female manager here was so mean. I probably had the longest double shift at work and all I wanted was a pizza after but my pizza was messed up. After trying to explain to here that it didn’t come out the way I wanted she refused to help me or remake it unless I pay again. Probably one of the worst days I’ve had all because she couldn’t remake my pizza that was wrong in the first place.
The worst experience I have ever had with the staff at Dominoes Pizza!!! I ordered online, but I needed to take some medicine urgently because I feel sick and I bought a drink with my card in the store and the staff made me wait. I have still been waiting for 45 minutes for my soft drink and my order, I told them that I want my drink before I bought it on a different receipt who treated me like a new customer who forgot my order I need my drink and yelled at me not to give me my drink until my order is ready! What the hell is wrong with him!!!! I'm still waiting!! I don't feel well and the anger I have is terrible!!!! That's not how you treat anyone!!! Lindsey's name is!
