Nope! Nope! And Nope! Won’t do this location again…the tater tots were absolutely disgusting, ? they tasted like they were freezer burnt and overly soggy. I’ve swung by this Golden Triangle store a few times and each time it’s bad. My recent visit has now become my last visit.

This place got some serious attitude issues. I’ve come to pick up Food twice: The first time there were about four employees. I didn’t know the guy was talking on his headset for the drive-through and when he goes “hi how can I help you?” I start to say “hi I am here t————“. I was cut off by him, holding up his index finger at me. It wasn’t until minutes later He came up and goes “you are picking up an order”? I was so appalled by his attitude. I walked out of there without even seeing thank you to him. I never do that. The second time I went to pick up an order there were about two girls, and one of them eye contact with me, but then looked back down at whatever she was doing. The lack of a friendly greeting is not what made me post this review. It was the man who held his finger up at me. This was a couple weeks ago.

Staff is good , order delivery is quick . Price is fair , taste is consistent. Canapé at Togo POS need to be bigger to protect water to come inside car .Always willing to serve and consistent thru out . Donut and side brunch items are good . Almost everything is good .Vegetarian options: Many
No welcome words, very unkind manager... I have no mind to return to this store although I have more than $50 in my app. I will try to use a different branch of DD.

Donut needs way more spread ontop, seems like this is a common theme at this location. Should not be hard to dip the top of a Donut into chocolate. Coffee also was missing cold foam and was not good.

Morning crew is never friendly. They don’t greet you when you walk in and just ignore you until they are ready. They don’t smile or thank you. They are never crowded at the time we go in the morning but it still takes a unusually long time.When we go through the drive thru they almost always get our order wrong. Often forgetting the whipped cream and caramel, wrong amount of cream with the coffee even when a specific number of cream is asked for. The breakfast sandwiches are not very good, many times still on the cold side.The donuts and coffee are good but the service is pushing me towards not coming to this location anymore. I would NEVER recommend this location to someone.
Staff had closed Atleast 10 minutes if not more before close. This is the location on Golden Triangle Boulevard in Keller TX. Love Dunkin but this location gave it a bad name. If you are running a business, make sure you abide by the times put on the front door.

Looking for a uncrowded fast breakfast? This was a great location on the day I stopped in. The staff was professional and kind. I ordered breakfast sandwiches and holes water and juice. I was served quickly. This location was clean. It had plenty of tables to choose. It is a great date for morning quick bit.

My cup was 70% whipped cream. The hot chocolate tasted like hot water. The 5 hashbrown pieces they gave me were all burnt and tasted like plastic. Employees were not friendly. The tables in the cafe were dirty and gross. There were no straws or anything stocked in the cafe. Will not be coming back.
The worst Dunkin’ Donuts I came across. I had to repeat my order 20 times for the girl at the drive thru to get my order right and she still didn’t. I had to leave my car and re order at the store and no one was giving me attention to change my order around. I come to work and I realize they added milk in my coffee instead of almond milk now. What a waste of time!!! Never again.Please hire the right people at your drive thru. I wasted my money and time at this place just to come back with the wrong orders.

The donuts were good, the coffee was great however I have to comment on the service. The lobby was closed, only drive thru was open which is fine. But I would expect the server to at least be friendly. We felt like we were a bother to them for even attempting to order something. Once we got to the window there was no greeting, just handed my stuff. I could barely hear the total. No smile, no eye contact, she was basically mad that she even had to deal with us. Tried this location because it's closer to us than Starbucks, but I'd rather go out of my way than come back here. Oh and we got home and they forgot a donut that I ordered, should've checked the box.
