Food was excellent and fast. The staff however exceeded expectations. I wish I could remember the name of the person who took my order, but she was amazing. The employee saw I wasn't having a very good day and gave me a big hug to try and cheer me up. If she only knew how much I needed that. Thank you to her and your store for making a gloomy day turn into a slightly brighter one.

There's a guy there who obviously gets overwhelmed during rush hour. Gets very rude and agitated for simply doing his job. Won't bother to look for pick up orders or try to help you. Obviously doesn't like his job but that's a personal problem.Ask the nice lady instead, she's prompt and won't start any trouble like the other guy.
Pathetic Customer Service! Walked in to place a large order and was not greeted but the two girls who walked in behind me were greeted. Apparently, the man behind the counter had some personal business to take care of with them. The man told the girls to butt in front of me and gave her a pen and some paperwork to fill out. I expected him to take my order, but once again he turned away and ignored me like I didn’t exist. There was no reason for this treatment as this was my first and last time there. You just lost a customer who believes in reviews of businesses that perform good or in this case, perform badly.

My husband and I love the "club on a sub" with chips, ice tea & cookies. Never disappointed. Friendly staff, atmosphere is very clean & pleasant. Firehouse Subs are always our automatic go to for lunch when we are in Ft Worth.

Absolutely terrible.. I literally spent $46 and didn't even eat the sandwich it was so gross a complete waste of money. The mayo they put on was sweet it must of been miracle whip my entire sandwich even the meat and bread was sweet and just unedible. I ordered two large hook & ladders I believe it was called my spouse didn't eat his sandwich either as it just wasn't good bread wasn't even toasted and very tough. The loaded baked potato soup was decent the macaroni and cheese we ordered was runny and over all it just wasn't good. For this being our 1st time to have and try firehouse subs it will definitely be the last the meat didn't even taste good either it tasted like the cheapest form of deli meat u could purchase from Walmart. I will be sticking to potbellys, schlotzskys, Jason's deli or Jimmy John's after this experience. Lastly the container they gave my spouse his sandwich in appeared dirty and used
