Firehouse subs are delicious and you can get the different sizes depending on how hungry you are, they offer a small chips selection to go with the subs but one of their main attractions is their soda fountain machine. They have the fancy machine that has all the coca-cola flavors. Staff is often very friendly at this Alliance location.Dietary restrictions: The soda fountain has many sugar-free options from coca-cola.
Are the TVs suppose to have volumn up and playing movies?? The movie involves shooting people. So not appropriate for a restaurant. It's been like this the past two times we have been to this firehouse.

I ordered a club on a sub which I get from the western center location quite often. After looking at The receipt it was rung up as a hook and ladder. I informed them of the mistake, and when I received my sandwich, it was mostly lettuce and turkey with one very small piece of ham, and one slice of bacon. There is a very large discrepancy in locations.

Poor management and customer service. Refused to fulfill and order that had a confirmation or refund my money so I'll be filing a dispute with my bank. Was disrespectful for no reason and unwilling to provide any level of help, spend your money elsewhere that's more deserving!When I provided this feedback to support and to the location asking to be contacted they also did not help and no one contacted me. Tom should be fired!

Ordered a sandwich and google selected the wrong location for me and I didn’t notice. Not this locations fault, but since I was already at the location I was trying to order from, I reordered from there and called this location to cancel. I was told that the single sandwich I had ordered was already made so they couldn’t help me. Could see if it was a bunch of sandwiches, but it was 1. I frequent firehouse so I expected some understanding in their part, but I guess that single sandwich was worth a customer. Never going back. Realize it wasn’t their fault, but they could have at least tried to be friendly.

At $11-$14 for a medium sandwhich. It's a shame to be lacking on the ingredients and sauce. The sandwhichs are mainly bread.After 3 consistently sub par orders.. I won't be ordering again.

This is easily one of my favorites, but I haven't had good customer service here other than one time.I won't speak against every employee here, but I usually find a mix of mumbling and irritation. My order was made wrong twice today, I wanted to stop by on my break but was late to work because it was incorrect the first time, I waited all night to dig in to find it wrong again.Because of the customer service, and really the convenience, I only order for pick up, and will not make the same mistake of ordering in person again. I've spent a lot of my money and points here, and it's only because of how good the food is. If it wasn't so high quality, I'd spend my money elsewhere.
