I've always had a great experience at Firehouse Subs, but today, the service was not good. Barely got the order in, was given the wrong name, and then we endured a too long wait (we were the only ones there.) In the end, they forgot to call for the 2nd (of 2) sandwiches. They also did not remember they even put it on the counter. They definitely need to be trained on customer service. Should not wait 15 minutes for a sandwich during a slow hour.
