“I will say I have a bit of experience with French cuisine having been born there and grown up eating home cooked French meals. Having said that this comes as close as I've gotten to getting an authentic and affordable French meal in the DFW area.We started with the soup of the day which was an asparagus soup and the steak tartare. All delicious, sufficiently sized to be able to enjoy but not overwhelming. Very, very fresh and tasty. For the main course we went with the magret de canard and the filet au poivre. The magret, was juicy, well seasoned and again healthy portioned. The sauce was not overwhelming as it can sometimes be and it complimented the duck well. The tenderloin was just as delicious. Be aware they do tend to cook closer to rare than you would expect however I would not be concerned as the quality is amazing. The beef was delicious and came again with a rich yet not overwhelming sauce that perfectly complimented the steak. We finished off with a creme brulee which was a delicious close to a well worthy dinner.“
“Lovely spot! The service was just right… didn’t hover and didn’t disappear. Food was scrumptious and not too heavy. Their bread is to die for. Met a friend for early dinner and the atmosphere was busy but not loud or crowded.Do yourself a favor and save room for dessert… the Strawberry Soufflé knocked my socks off.I definitely recommend this place.Parking: We went for early dinner and easily found a parking spot out front, but there is garage parking as well.“
“We stumbled across this restaurant by mistake. We were not dressed appropriately. However, we still went in. The lavender glazed chicken was very tasty, and so was the Burger.I had the chicken. The only negative....don't go there when you are starving. I left a bit hungry since the portion was small. The service was great. We ordered some red wine. The selection was decent.“
“Karina served us and, as a former F&B worker, I admired her patience when we kept telling her we didn’t know what we wanted. She was so sweet and had no issue with our wanting our choices “our way.” I will definitely request when I go back.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free“
“Its been a long time since i went there and its still as good or even better than when i remember it. Staff ia friendly and its a chill place to go if u want a quick sweet treat or need a cake. I’ll definitely be comming here more often “
“Quiet little place, with such an understated elegance.. We had reservations, and walking in, we were greeted immediately. Tablescapes were beautiful and delightfully French.. Our server, Joshua was wonderful, though the whole staff is wonderfully attentive.. I had a wonderful pinot noir, that Joshua recommended.. We ordered the Soupe à l’Oignon ‘’Les Halles’’ - French onion soup - to start.. It had an amazing flavor, and it was so easy to eat, because it was all contained within the cast iron crocks it was served in (most French onion soup, the cheese is melted over the vessel, and it can be a challenge to keep your manners as you eat it).. We had the Tartare de Filet de Bœuf - beef tartare - along with some pommes frites, for our second and main course.. We LOVE beef tartare, and this was the very reason we came, and I have to say, this is the BEST we’ve had in this area.. It was garnished beautifully, it was made fresh to order (yes, you could taste it), and the ratios of flavor, the portion, wow!! Everything about it was so perfect!! To end the night, we tried the duo de crèmes brûlées, and the selection was vanilla (topped with berries, on top of the crust) and chocolate (topped with crumbled chocolate cake, on top of the crust).. They weren’t too heavy and were such a joy to eat!!It was a PERFECT evening, I highly recommend Paris 7th!! We are already planning to go back to try the escargot and to take some family with us (this was a birthday date night) and we KEEP talking about it!!“
