I got a frozen mango drink with classic chewy boba, and it was sooo good! Staff was helpful and they had a great selection of games to play wich was super nice. Atmosphere was relaxed and perfect for studying. Will definitely be back.

The past few times I’ve gone I’ve had an unpleasant experience with the staff. One member in particular (usually wears a mask) is very rude when taking your order. She will just stare at you without speaking, no greeting. Then when you proceed to order she rudely cuts you off mid sentence to ask a question. My experience is like this with her every visit.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in a shop. First of all, the customer service was creepy. They stare at you until you order. You could clearly see the boxers that the person wearing overalls was wearing. Highly unprofessional. Additionally, when ordering the tropical sunset, there was pieces of aluminum in the drink. I proceeded to choke on the pieces of aluminum and was in distraught over the experience. Yall just lost a loyal customer.

The past two times I've been the customer service has been terrible. The girl that wears a mask doesn't greet you. She stares at you until you order without saying anything and then Rudely cuts you off mid sentence to ask you something. Drinks are always good. Could use without the rude cashier.

Writing this in hopes that it can lead to improvements because this location is struggling.I have been a long time customer but I'm not sure how many chances I will keep giving.The main issue is total inconsistency in the drinks. It's never quite right, the main problems are way too little flavoring in the milk tea so that it just tastes like plain tea, and lack of sweetener. I'm not a person who needs overly sweet drinks but the last FOUR trips here I've gotten drinks that tasted like they totally forgot to sweeten at all.Another time I ordered almond and got coconut instead.It is ALWAYS something at this location, in fact I can hardly remember the last time they actually got a whole order correct. This problem doesn't happen in Carrollton.I've noticed that it's never ever the same people working here, even if I come once a week. It's like no one stays long enough to get good at making the drinks.Which brings me to my last point which is the smell. My God the SMELL. It has smelled like sewage in here for MONTHS. It's no wonder the employees won't stay, I wouldn't either. I'm sure it's something to do with the building and the prep area is very clean but it's just so disgusting to smell this in a place where food is prepped!Please Fruitealicious, I'm begging you. Fix it! I can't really make it out to Carrollton so I'm praying you make this right!!
