I haven't been to Griff's in years! We went on the way to the Airshow on Sunday, and grabbed a small burger! I wish I got the big one! The person in the drive through was nice and helpful. My boyfriend is very confusing when he orders. ?
Food is great but Everytime I go through the drive through there is this young Hispanic girl that is so rude. She got an attitude saying she gave us our drinks but never did. We would ask her for something and she would close the window in our face. Asked for basic ketchup & napkins & she’ll just close it while your mid sentence and not get the stuff you asked for. What happened guys?!?! You used to be an amazing fast food place. Did you sell out? it seems like everything changed. Service, quality, cleanliness... everything. The loby was a disater, there were flies everywhere. The food took FOREVER and came out wrong. When I asked you to give me what I ordered your staff huffed at me. Sorry guys, whatever changed, it wasn't for the better.
