Went through the drive thru, placed my order and I repeated it twice, and my order was repeated back to me waited a good time even though it wasn't busy. I got home andy order was not right, I was shorted items ?. I called a few times and no answer. Not a happy customer.

Well the sign says it opens at 6am. That is so far from the truth. I go there at 7:15 some days and no one answers the drive thru.

This is the slowest Jack in the box EVER! In line 15 minutes and they still don't have my order. Don't take my order at the menu. With 3 employees inside, there is no way the wait time should be 20 minutes. I can cook a burger faster than that.

4:28pm on Sat 7/23 and door’s are locked but cars that look to be employees are there but no way to get in to order and no one answering in the drive through. I understand lots of places are short handed but put out notes to people aren’t sitting in the drive through waiting to order.

I should give one star but Lance is the only reason I will not. I order two of the 3pcs egg rolls and only received one. I came back to the drive thru and explained I only received one. Lance apologize but the RUDE manager implied that I didn't order two. She argued back and forth with me and the pulled up my order and saw that I did. She then gave a faint apology. She needs to be retrained and whomever felt she was management material please reevaluate her. "Thank you Lance for doing an exceptional job."

Literally I work with favor and every time I come to this restaurant they are either closing or closed when they're not supposed to close till certain time one time I came up there were people in the building that refused to even take my order through the speaker or open the doors to take my order or to even tell me hey we're closing which doesn't really make any sense every time I get a order for this Jack in the box I just called the customer and canceled it because there's really no point in me wasting my gas driving over there when the employees never keep the store open like they're supposed to this place should be shut down

We are sitting in this Jack n the box drive thru, been sitting here for 10 min with no one here. The lady didn't even come on the Entercom until we said hello and we are still waiting on our food.

Says they open at 6 on Sundays I show up at 7:30 and there is 1 car in the parking lot but no lights on inside or anyone to work the drive thru

Went in as a secret shopper 8:20am, placed an order for just mini tacos & coffee & the hispanic lady at window claims they didnt have buttermilk. I would usually believe people when they claim this but I was literally staring at a bucket of buttermilk behind her. So I had an associate go around & ask for the same thing, & what do you know..Buttermilk, & she even gave him(Hispanic) extra. I dont know what I did to her but i hope she feels better in the long run..

They got the order completely wrong. The display in the drive thru was broken so I couldn't confirm the order. Ended up spending ~$12 more because she made both burgers into meals when I wanted just one. Instead of spicy chicken, I got the regular chicken... Suggest you take as long as it takes to make sure they get your order right before you leave the window... Good luck

First of all they need to retrain their workers to have better customer service. No one wants to go and get asked after every item “ that’s it” let me finish my order instead of rushing me. 2nd the rude girl at the drive thru didn’t even give me a receipt and sure enough I get home and my order was wrong 2 items missing. I call the store and no one answers 10 plus calls. How is this restaurant running ? who is in charge? My food was not worth the 33 dollars and I can’t even get a hold of a manager. SMH
