A lot of bad reviews, I ordered online, went through drive through. Went to pick up through drive thru, they said they didn’t receive an order even though my app said order was complete. They must of given it to somebody else. I went inside to show proof and they hooked it up right away. It smelled good and the Hispanic ladies had the music blasting so I know the food was gonna come out good. Frances took my order and I think Elena cooked and did a good job. P.s. they actually put meat in the tacos. I recommend going early before lunch. Thanks ladies.

Bad customer service. Wrong order ? ? they deliver amburgeza supposedly the one that has extra veicon they deliver something that not even amburgeza seemed to have a complete lack of professionalism from both the kitchen and the managed that two people appeared saying that they were when I presented my that they were no longer any of Both very bad experience in that place, I do not recommend them to anyone.

I would not have an idea about the food, service or ambience because this is the most unreliable restaurant I have ever dealt with. Out of the last 3 times I have tried to go there the drive thru has been closed 3 of those times and the restaurant 2. I am not surprised about the extremely low rating. Do yourself a favor and don't even take the time to drive into the driveway because chances are they are closed.... And the open sign is most likely on. Such a disappointment. I waited until after I got Taco Bell to write this so my hunger wouldn't write it, I'm actually mad, not hangry.

This restaurant is so inconsistent. I drive into the drive thru on Sunday at 5pm with the open sign on and they are closed. I try to go in and the doors are locked. Very frustrating. There are snot 5 cars in the parking lot all with the same feeling as I have. Very bad business.

I LOVE Jack, but I just had the worst experience. Of course I realize the tacos are fried in oil, but all 5 of my tacos, including the breakfast taco, were DROWNING in grease! There was a puddle of oil on the inside of every taco wrapper and it had even soaked through to the OUTSIDE of the wrappers. There was so much excess oil that it had completely soaked through the paper bag too! The paper bag was inside a plastic bag-- which I've never seen them do before-- I can only assume that was done so that the grease wouldn't get all over my delivery driver's car. (!!!) All I wanted was my taco fix, but these were inedible. I also ordered a Buttery Jack with EXTRA herb butter. My burger had NO BUTTER on it at all !!! It was completely dry and cold, too. The butter is in the NAME!!! I literally ordered that specific burger because I was craving the butter that it comes on it! I am so disappointed from this experience, I don't think I will go back to this location, even though it's less than a mile away. So sad.

Frances is so rude, she will rush you through your order and then get the order completely wrong. Honestly it's worst than the jack in the boxes in the hood. Thanks for nothing Frances. She probably even told me the wrong name.
This location needs to be shut down. They seem to operate on their own hours and NEVER on the hours posted online or the actual business. I live about 3 mins away and stopped going to this location because they are either closed when they shouldnt be (per their posted hours) or they refuse to make certain menu items. I ordered breakfast a while ago and was told they werent serving breakfast when jack is known to serve the full menu all day - (it was before 9pm) because I had so many other previous issues with this location I stopped going but decided to give them another try last night, again for breakfast. As soon as I placed my first order i was again told they are not serving these items , I asked was breakfast items discontinued or were they again just refusing to serve breakfast? A lady came on speaker and told me they have the items to make the food but they had turned off the grill and wasnt selling those items. I left and went to the location in Irving on Airport Fwy ordered and recieved breakfast and also spoke with the manager on duty there about my experience at centreport. She told me they close at 10pm which is not true and when I advised her Id be filing a complaint she told me that was also one of her locations and she would speak with someone. I am posting this review for THE OWNER of the location on trinity - your sales have to be low and these practices are the culprit..Wendys is literally right next door and often has a line but they ALWAYS make certain the orders are right and fresh! I will never go back to jack in the box unless this is immediately corrected.

I ordered online 3 items from here yesterday2 jumbo jack deal for $54 sets of taco for $3.962 spicy chicken popcorn for $5.58But they had no spicy popcorn chicken there yesterday and when I asked for a refund they said "its added to promotion" ??I don't quite understand the math here, like I paid $5.58 for nothing and I didn't get it back. And the deal is a deal only for the jumbo jack, how is that added to the total amount? The total amount I paid was $15.74.
