A lot of bad reviews, I ordered online, went through drive through. Went to pick up through drive thru, they said they didn’t receive an order even though my app said order was complete. They must of given it to somebody else. I went inside to show proof and they hooked it up right away. It smelled good and the Hispanic ladies had the music blasting so I know the food was gonna come out good. Frances took my order and I think Elena cooked and did a good job. While my food wS ok fast food should be fast. I do not understand why this lobby was not open. It is never open. All the businesses in the area have opened back up. While the food was good I won't be able to eat here much because I get a short lunch and it takes too long. What is the point of the mobile ordering if you get stuck in a drive through anyway?

This location is the nicest Jack in the Boxes I have been too in the area along 360 and 114. Food quality was better here than at other Jack in the boxes. I ordered a salad and was surprised to get a knife. other locations I only get fork.Parking: Location is good. Not a great number of spots. But id say about 15 to 20 spots.Wheelchair accessibility: wheel chair curb access. In front of main entrance
