Bad example of a Jet’s Pizza… Gave them a second try after my first time yielded a “Detroit style” pizza with barely any cheese on it (seriously, it was like 50% coverage) and a ton of exposed crust around the edges. That was at least a month ago, and it didn’t look like the same crew working so… the fact it happened again means they just aren’t trained right or don’t care. I’ll drive the extra few minutes to a different location

Tried to place an order twice. First person abruptly put me on hold mid sentence, on the 2nd attempt within 10 seconds all I heard was background noise. I received the wrong pizza today, I wasn't upset because this is the first time it has happened since consistently ordering from this location for almost 2 years.When I called, the manager Abby expressed empathy and I received the highest level of customer service for someone as young as she was.It was refreshing and I'm very proud she's been put in charge.Great hire, Jets.Thank you Abby for your sincerity.

We came in a little past 10 pm, and they closed at 10:30. Jacob and the crew were great. Jacob took our order with a positive attitude even though it's was almost closing time. Whoever made the pizza, it was on point. Keep up the positive attitude, guys!!

We love this place. Not only is their pizza great (the 2 slice/20oz. deal is such a bargain), but all the kids that work there are great. The management is excellent as well. Only once has there been a misunderstanding with our order (we order often), and they went above and beyond to make it right. On a personal note - they have the BEST ranch. It's the kind they mix together themselves, not the runny low-fat stuff. My only critique would be to ask them to use fresh mushrooms instead of canned. It's a personal preference pertaining to texture.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free and cauliflower crust

Their pizza is the best! I always order their deep dish. Highly recommend.Every time I order it’s always the same. Very good!! They also sell their bottle of homemade ranch if you want to buy. Very clean atmosphere too.Vegetarian options: You can order a pizza without cheese and all veggies only. You can build your own .Parking: Every time I order for pick up I never have an issue with parking. I just pull right up. It’s not a pizza place where you sit down and dine in. It’s pick up or delivery.
Maybe update your store hours or tell people over the phone that your stupid restaurant is going to be closed by the time they get there when they place an order for carry out.
