Just wanted to make you guys aware: You labeled my sandwiches wrong... This caused me to take a huge bite out of my bosses food. Love jimmy johns but man oh man... That was horrifying. Don't worry I cut off the piece that I took a bite out of before switching them!

Only had half my order delivered. No big deal, I called them up to let them know. Pretty terrible customer service. Kept me on the phone for seemingly much, much longer than necessary, and didn't even offer an apology. Definitely could work on their customer service skills.

I love the beach club sandwich I modify it with Jimmy mustard instead of mayonnaise and I add pickles, onions and Jimmy peppers and I have them scoop out the extra bread. Good stuff!

manager tried mot to take my gift card. after i showed her how to enter it after she swore it wouldnt work it worked. then she gave me attitude that they wont do it again. so ridiculous

Shout out to the man, the myth, the legend, Matthew! He was the only one working when I had to place a large order. He didn’t even flinch when I handed him the 2 page order. He was super attentive, and clarified on confusing specifications. He got straight to work making the 14 or 15 sandwiches. He absolutely went above-and-beyond by labeling everything, and separating the orders according to the requests on the paper. I was shocked when he appeared next to me with the large order in his hands, and asked where I was parked so he could carry the order for me. Sandwiches were successfully delivered, and were all correct down to the smallest details. Needless to say, those sandwiches were toast after my crews got ahold of them. Again, major props to Matthew. He is amazing. We will definitely order from this location in the future.
I like this location for the convenience and speedy service! Staff is friendly. Team works together to get the orders complete. Decent prices for the amount of food. Order a favorite sandwich and not an original!

Nothing against this particular location, the staff did their job well, but I'm not a fan of their sandwiches. Toppings are so limited, and I think the only dressing choice is mayonnaise, which is my least favorite food. Subway has better bread and so many choices for toppings and non-mayo based sauces, even a simple oil with a shake of spices would be great. I don't mind plain food, but this sandwich tasted invisible. It was so bland.

Today I made an online order of 16 Jimmy John’s Boxes. Around 20 minutes later I received a call from the store that they do not have sufficient bread and it was going to take around 2 hours and a half to complete My order. How a sandwich store is not prepared with sufficient bread for 16 sandwiches on the weekend? It is unacceptable. I finally got tacos for my team members.

Update after phone call from Manager. I will never spend my money here, I will definitely never recommend anyone else spend their money here. It is a shame in May of 2022 people are still using Covid as an excuse for everything.In the hospital district with open sign and all other lights on yet closed at 8pm.
