Overall, it's hard to find an a&w anymore, so it was encouraging to find one around the corner of where I just moved. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have the root beer on tap or offer me a frosted mug. Maybe they were available and I just didn't ask but still not to start off for that. Otherwise everything was great. The staff was friendly and the store was clean.

Piss pour attitude from Long John worker, disrespectful and appalled. I was polite the entire interaction and the lady was rude and belittling, I stated I don't appreciate the way your talking to me and would like my card back, all because their tap machine wasn't working and my card is perfectly fine works everywhere else no problem. She the continued to try and tap the card and the swipped it even though I ask for my card back and to cancel my order 5 seconds ago. Then proceeded to tash trying to defend her piss pour attitude and not know why I wanted my money back. I thenhad to explain her attitude and the way she talked was the reason why I was leaving and her excuse was well I'm from the north.
