Yep, I still love Long John Silver's. No one else like them. Fast fish. Maybe it's greasy but sometimes you need that good for the soul food. But shockingly, it WAS really good. Most fast foods I used to like seem like they changed something in their recipes nad tase mediocre compared to my childhood memories but here they tasted the same or better.
We were in the area, and in the mood for Fish and Chips. I haven't been to Long John Silvers in years, but I'll be back soon. The fish was great, and the fries were crispy. Friendly and patient staff.Loved it.

Overall, it's hard to find an a&w anymore, so it was encouraging to find one around the corner of where I just moved. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have the root beer on tap or offer me a frosted mug. Maybe they were available and I just didn't ask but still not to start off for that. Otherwise everything was great. The staff was friendly and the store was clean.
