Never received my delivery order. When I contacted the store I was advised that they couldn't tell me when I would receive the order due to no delivery drivers and they were waiting on doordash. However the website says 30 minute delivery time. Horrible customer service

Sometimes the pizza is good. Sometimes it's not. I don't know why. We always order the same pizza. Sometimes the pizza has no taste. Like eating cardboard. Sometimes the pizza is flavorful and delicious.

I ordered a supreme pizza online. Large for $15.99. I picked up the pizza and got home and it was the wrong pizza. It was a pizza with jalapenos, onions and green pepper with a spicy hot sauce instead of regular pizza sauce. Didn't feel like driving all the way back over to the location so I just threw the pizza away. I'll never go to this location again. Guess I'll use Bosse's instead. They've never messed my order up.

Pizza always tastes good but this is the second time myself and others have gotten some type of food poisoning here. Whoever owns this place please check the dates on your food/clean/whatever.Will not be coming back. I usually dont write reviews but that kinda stuff really sucks.

Marco's Pizza makes very good pizza. The crust is tender and tastes freshly made. The toppings are generous. My favorite is the garden pizza (no meat) because it tastes fresh and cheesy. The meat toppings are good, too. This is not a place you eat in. If you want to pick up your pizza, but you are wheelchair-bound, there is a drive-through you can use.

I made an online order, asap delivery, usually no problem. Only difference was I ordered a medium pizza instead of the usual large. One thing I noticed after awhile, was their online order tracking system was not working. No big deal I just kept an eye out for the driver. After about an hour and a no show, I called waited 20 minutes on hold, no one answered. Hung up and called back, a young man answered, and said he would check on my order. He informed me that my order was cancelled because they ran out of dough for a medium pizza. My thought was well, take dough from a large pizza and make a medium? I asked to speak to the Mgr., this guy, Clayton sounded younger than the first guy. I asked him why they didn't call me or send an email, he replied, "we were really busy and didn't have time to call." I said you couldn't take 5 minutes if that, to call or write an email? He said "no." I asked him to make me a large pizza, and eat the cost (which according to their website is about $2) and deliver it. He said no again, stating they didn't have any delivery drivers. It was only 8pm. I told him that was horrible customer service and unacceptable. Now your losing a good customer because you wouldn't make an alteration to your policy, if it was a policy or something you just made up. Good job Clayton!

Marcos is slated as a higher quality fast food pizza joint. We ordered pizza, cheese bread and wings . The app is pretty user friendly but if you make any edits to your pizza it states something about no additional edits… wanted one additional edit so we called after placing the order and waited on hold for 20+ min. We finally said the hell with it… Picked up the food (without checking it - mistake) and found out Buffalo wings were not Buffalo they were just naked wings…. So back to the store we go…. The manager is too busy to check on the frustrated customer so an employee comes and apologized makes the order over but no consideration for a credit / or a coupon for a future order. Get home to cold pizza ?‍♂️ Marcos first answer your phone you are in the customer service business secondly when you make a mistake make it up to the customer not just replace the item that was incorrect. Marcos on Tarrant you need to up your customer service game!!!
