The service here is the absolute worst. Apparently, the same people that own the South Hulen location as well as the Bryant Irving location. Save yourselves a headache and DO NOT frequent these stores. Neither the owners, nor the employees care about the customers.
The playground is very tricky for young kids. Rope ladders, hard plastic and moving steps, no soft mats? Who made that decision? It's slippery and my 3 year old did slip and fall a couple times. And yeah I knew that was gonna happen, she lived, she's fine, but now has a couple unnecessary bruises and it made her cry, so now we will just avoid this location and opt for chic fil a next time
