I have worked for McDonald’s for 8 years and this is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever gone to. Slow, do not listen, and do not make it right when they mess up. I Ordered my food through mobile app ahead of time(10:15am) for breakfast and when I go pick it up “we can’t make it because a it’s lunch time”
I went to the drive thru April 2nd around 7:40 pm.I usually go to another McDonald's but since I just dealt with a very rude staff at the near by Jack in the box I figured they'd be nicer.I was placing my order for a number 5 and I wanted spicy nuggets with it. I was not so nicely told that spicy nuggets didn't come in a meal, so before I could decide on anything else I was very rudely asked if I heard what they said.
