Man I just came through the drive thru and they messed up a very simple order a mcchicken large fry large Diet Coke and a cookie… they gave me a spicy mcchicken and missed my cookie. I tried to call multiple times but no one answered to help resolve the issue.

If I could I would give negative stars. I went through the drive thru on Tuesday April 9, 2024. The first guy was bored playing with the window then took payment, only thing he said to me was the amount owed. Second guy just handed me the food and drinks, not one word as said. No thank you or have a good day. Customer service is getting worst with each generation. If these kids want to work in the service industry they need training on quality customer service skills. I blame management for allowing them to treat people this way, without consequences. I will not eat at this location or McDonald's anytime soon. After this incident.

went to get drinks the whole machine is messed up they don't tell you this when buying. didn't put a sign up. tried 8 different drinks then went to front counter to make her aware of the problem amd ask her if she could do my drinks back there. she said they have the same thing put there as in back. i asked her which ones were working she said she knows coke is working. I told her one has no syrup and the other has way to much syrup. then she just say "I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU". I'm sitting here watching everyone go and make a drink try it then pour it out. these employees don't even bother to put a sign up or tell you anything. just basically take your money offer you no apology and your stuck with nasty drinks.

Food was good and fast service. Just wish they would have better customer service! Hardly ever get a Thank You! And it seems like they get annoyed when you ask for something like ketchup or sauces. Plus wouldn't hurt to give more napkins. If chick fil a can do it, so should McDonald's. Not asking for a whole script just a Thank You. A little friendliness wouldn't hurt.

Obviously, everyone knows how the food is. Normally, I wouldn't waste my time writing reviews for a well-known fast food chain.However, I wanted to let everyone know how slow the service at this location is. From the moment you pull into a lane, you'll already have issues. They dont trade off taking orders from each lane. You might see 3 cars order on the other lane before you get helped. On occasion, you have to repeat yourself a few times before they get the order correct. We've ordered a big mac and french fries before, and we're asked to move forward and wait. After waiting 15 minutes, we finally came to the conclusion that we were forgotten about.

I placed an order on my McDonald's app (mobile order). I would have placed the order for pickup, but instead decided to use the "Enjoy 0 dollar Delivery Fee" promotion on my app, as this was more convenient. Once my order was placed (totaling 88 dollars and 19 cents, I began tracking my order on the app. We had a house full of guests, as we were hosting a Christmas party for my daughter, so we were anxious to receive the food. I could see that the delivery driver was "Waiting on the order to be prepared" and the order was coming from the closest McDonald's location nearby our house, 5124 N TARRANT PARKWAY, FT. WORTH, TX. So when I saw that it was heading our way 45 MINS LATER, I was relieved that it should only take a few mins to arrive. The food was dropped off at 6:15pm. My toddler grabbed his Happy Meal out of the bag, my husband took his two sandwiches and a large fry and they began eating. While the party guests started to line up to get their food, we realized that HALF of our 88 DOLLAR order was missing. On top of that, my husband said the food that he and my son had started eating was cold and not even fully cooked; INEDIBLE. Of course I called the McDonald's location right away to see what had happened. I had my receipt in-hand at the time, so I was able to provide my order number, and the woman on the phone was able to look it up. I explained the issue but we were going around in circles because the lady said she could not help me. (So why did you answer the phone?---my thoughts. She put the phone down "on hold" while I could hear Spanish being spoken but could not understand what was going on. Another voice got on the phone and asked how can I help you? So explained the whole story yet again, only to be told she could not help me either. My husband took our large bag of cold food and drove to this location to try and get this resolved, since we were getting nowhere over the phone. After rude and unprofessional manager and staff argued with him (holding the bag of cold undercooked food, the paper receipt, and the app with the order/receipt) they finally decided that we deserved the other half of our 88 dollar order. My husband returned home with the food that he had to go get himself (even though we were charged a service fee and tip on our original order, totaling 18 dollars) at 7:30pm, TWO HOURS after the original order was placed. He said the manager was completely unsympathetic and did not care about the issue her location caused (while she was on break she said). Needless to say I will NEVER EVER be ordering anything from this McDonald's location ever again. Horrible experience that will not be forgotten.
