Hashbrown was cold in the middleMeal was given to us in stages; called up for our order but only 1/3 of order was ready... sandwiches got luke warm waiting for the rest of order. When speaking to the manager about it-she was cold and unbothered.
The worst service of any mcdonald's i've been to trying to place an order at the drive-through Was. Ridiculous employees are too busy talking to each other. Having to listen to them while i'm waiting for them to take my order and had to keep repeating myself. Cause they were too busy laughing and giggling. Talking to each other, not listening. I am a regular customer at this location. My family of 11 spends quite a bit of money at this location. Within the last few weeks I’ve received cold food or the wrong order. Today, I went through drive through and the fries were cold. When I came back to get fresh food their was unacceptable wait and then one of the staff people questioned the validity of my concern even though they had the food in their possession. The manager Alonso managed it terribly.
