Fairly new McDonald's so they seem to have plenty of staff turnover. Some have been excellent at the drive-thru and some are less friendly. I usually receive my order correctly, but do have to ask them to double confirm over the intercomm. The dine-in area is usually fairly clean but service is much much slower on that side. Food is the same as you would expect at any McDonald's.
This is the McDonalds that's constantly messing up orders. They can't seem to do the simple orders without messing up something in the kitchen. I ordered a plain burger to see if they could do that and I ended up with a burger with onions despite my request for a plain. It's not even a once in a while thing either it happens all the time when I order. If you want a better chance of getting the food made right try another McDonald's

I frequent this location often and they have great service typically and are fast in the morning which is great when you’re on the way to the high school.This particular morning however I ordered a steak and egg bagel and paid for extra onions and this is what I received. I am very disappointed in this expensive sandwich that I paid extra for to receive less than normal the amount of onions.
