We had our 4 year old girl go to the bathroom and when she tried to come back out the door was locked. Our child started panicking and crying because she was so scared. We got the cashier and he did not even care that the door was locked and our kid couldn't open the door. The cashier kept going back to help other people while we were trying to open the door. The cashier couldn't find and keys for the door and said he was going to call his manager and he never did. He then went back behind the counter. Another customer got a screwdriver and broke the doorknob and got it open after 20 minutes!!! The carelessness of that employee and disregard for a major issue or well-being of others is appalling! I have emailed corporate to see if they could fix the door or even care.

This is a really convenient Shell, and it has the USPS drop box which is one of the reasons I visit this location SO often. The clerk is friendly which is why I added back a star. They have a church chicken attached, if you like their fried chicken. Personally, I have never tried this Church's location but it's there for anyone wondering. I deducted a star because they are ALWAYS the most expensive around! Sometimes By 20 cents! I normally will get my gas at Kroger or the 7 eleven that's on either side, if I'm budget-conscious. Sometimes though I will just go ahead and pump here. Also, there was a long period of time that the lights on the sign didn't work on one side, but they've finally fixed it now. This location isn't new by any means, which doesn't particularly matter. And I guess I understand the high price gouge since it's on the corner of western center and riverside, but still. Not a bad stop, just costs a little more.
