So I've heard about this place. I am impressed. The atmosphere and the service were top notch. I was surprised by the never ending line. There was line outside before it opened.!Southside slammer*. It's a good starter sampler sandwich that comes with pulled pork, brisket, smoked bologna, and a sausage. I thought the meats were juicy and flavorful with smokey flavors that was not too overpowering.*I deconstructed my sandwich to individually try the meats on its own.The ribs. Smokey juicy and flavorful. Winner. I shall get a rack next time.Fyi. Line up. Expect it to be full. Menus on the wall. The name of your order is called out when it's ready. The waitress will deliver.

LOVE everything about this place! I’ve tried many bbq places and usually don’t measure up one way or another so I leave disappointed but this place is an absolute keeper! I heard from different people for about a year how great this place is and we finally tried it.I had the chopped brisket sandwich. So so good! Brisket very tender and juicy, lots of flavor. The bbq sauce was delicious, perfectly balanced. Plenty of meat in the sandwich, it filled me up. My husband had the Angus brisket and loved it. He didn’t have any bread with it and found out you have to ask for it if you’re getting a meat plate.We ate outside since the indoors was packed and enjoyed it even more. Very pretty lots of greenery and seating. The bbq Pitt is outside so we could smell the meat being cooked while we ate and saw the guy carry all the meat back inside.We were there several weeks ago and I’ve been thinking about it and talking about it since then. Better go early because it does get crowded. Can’t wait to go back!Parking: Parking is across the street in the field and there is plenty of free parking.

Simply fantastic. We were in FortWorth for 3 days and we ended up having food here both the days. So many dishes to try and all of them are just better the the other.We will be returning for more soon.
The food is excellent but the price is very high the beer is to expensive $7 for 1 draft beer

Awesome Texas barbecue place and worth the visit. If you don’t understand how bbq works it takes a long time to cook and most Texas barbecue laces that aren’t mass chains with mediocre or bad food will run out of some meats later in the day. That’s part of it and a good sign they have good food!
The food and service were excellent. We just happened upon this place while visiting relatives in Arlington, and decided to venture out. Ribs and loaded baked potato were flavorful and filling.

Ended up here because the first place we went to ran out of half their menu, before 11am. I am glad we did because this place was amazing! The brisket was juicy and flavorful. The pork ribs big and smoked to perfection. Pork belly poppers were buttery soft, with a delicious caramelized glaze. Even the sides were great. Pretty good size menu so make sure you know what you want to order before you get to the front or you'll get side-eye from the cashier.
