They always give you bbq chicken like this!!! I give it back and say that’s not bbq wings that’s fried chicken with bbq sauce drizzled on there!!! Then told the guy to tell me it will be extra charge to add more. Manager don’t speak English at all pissed me off so bad I almost called I.C.E

Cole slaw was FROZEN, ordered a 3 piece, 2 pieces were burnt completely, called to speak to manager to complain and an employee that answered said I would have to talk through him because the manager on duty didn’t speak English. I told him I spoke Spanish and I wanted to speak to her. She didn’t want to and finally picked up the phone and was so rude, I told her that besides not speaking English she needed to learn to treat customers right. She laughed and said she was trying to learn both and kept laughing. I hung up very upset and still waiting to speak to manager.

Make sure you check your order before you leave. Ordered a 10 piece family meal on two separate occasions, and they only gave us thighs and legs on both occasions.

Just ordered food here with my family and just because I didn’t know exactly what to order I started to stutter a lil bit and the girl who was taking the other was rude. When I got the window to pay the two girls were laughing and talking in Spanish making fun of my English accent. I have a business and I wouldn’t like my employees to be making fun of someone.

I order a 3 piece chicken tenders. My mash potatoes was not hot. My chicken tenders were cold. I called to get my money back. They told me I can come in and get the refund. I live 5 hours Way. I was driving thu. So they refused to give me my money back.Do not eat here!
