The food is typically good. The customer service is fairly good but there are definitely times you’ll deal with a young employee who is only there for a paycheck and could care less about the quality of customer service.
I was happy with my boxed shrimp until we noticed our second box was missing a side! Double check your order before you leave the store folks. I realized this until I got home and had to spend gas on a second trip. The least they could of done is throw in another freebie side, but didn't.
