1st I went the Deluxe Nachos were good, this time I went it was ehhh. I ordered the #2 lunch special. It was a chicken enchilada & a cheese toastada... For some reason, I wasn't expecting a toastada with just queso on the top. I also wasn't impressed with the chicken enchilada. There wasn't very much flavor & the creama was more white cheese than anything.The next time I go, I'll try something else.
It's food. I wouldn't consider the majority of the food anything even remotely resembling Mexican. If you're extremely anglo Saxon and pretending to be cultured this may be up your alley. There's quite a few staff members who are Mexican. The food is definitely Tex-Mex at best. You'd have to go closer to la grand plaza to get actual Mexican food. Good food, but there drink machine hasn't been working the past few months . Maybe just offer can soda or something .Vegetarian options: They have guacamole chulpas, that are very good.
